Program Summary

Today, the retail business’ differentiator is its staff. They’re the ones who stand out and show their best talents, skills, and behavior. Customers tend to choose the places they shop at based on several elements including the people whom they see and deal with when. Therefore to excel in your business, you need to take your staff to the next level with the necessary tools and knowledge in order to compete in this intense market.

This course is for retailers who have already started and perhaps received previous training in the industry, in order to equip them with the intermediate skills and build further their relationship with staff.
