Quality Activities

The Nine Training Center The9TC  ensures continuous development, through a 360 degrees feedback process:

  • The Trainer will provide each trainee with written feedback in the progress reports
  • The Trainer will provide feedback to The9TC
  • The9TC will provide feedback to the Trainer
  • The Trainees will provide Feedback  on 4 elements of each course to The9TC
  • The Client will provide feedback and evaluation to The9TC
  • Class observation by internal auditors and external coordinators are provided

Within every course, trainers select the best candidates in terms of punctuality and the trainees with most participation, then based on that, The Nine Training Center provides: 

  • Certificate of Best Punctuality
  • Certificate of Best Participation

In addition to the Governmental Quality Agencies such as BQA in Bahrain and ACTVET in Abu Dhabi, The Nine Training Center has subscribed voluntarily for a full Quality consultation to support its training activities, such as: 

  • Continuous Feedback
  • Class Observations
  • Pre Moderation
  • Post Moderation
  • Strategic Planning
  • Improvement Plan

A Management Report is created for Every Training so that all stakeholders are aware of the full oversight of the training and each individual, including:

  • Attendance Analysis
  • Results
  • Feedback
  • Progress

Based on clients’ request, On The Job Training OJT and an impact measurement can be added to the courses. This can be done through:

  • Post Training Monitoring via Visits/Mystery Calls/Shopping – if not conducted by the organization
  • Link to Quarterly / Semi-Annually Performance
  • Return on Investment to be calculated based on an agreed measurement Unit

Post-Training Impact can be measured to clients based on an agreed measurement unit on the first phase Pre-Training, The Nine Training Center will recalculate the post-training impact through one or more of the methods:

  • Pre / Post Assessment Impact
  • Pre / Post Productivity Impact
  • Pre / Post Time Spent
  • Pre / Post Cost or Profit
  • Hence an ROI Impact Percentage can be provided
  • Bilingual Trainers
  • Subject Matter Experts
  • Expertise in the field
  • Academic & Professional Qualification
  • Coaches and Mentors
  • All approved and licenced by the Directorate of Vocational Training Institutes

Training Methodologies

The Nine Training Center is proud to have launched its online regular training using virtual activities, online platforms, virtual teams, e-content and most importantly its renowned and accredited trainers whom have been trained on the the online training methodologies.

The Nine Training Center organizes makeup sessions to compensate trainees for any missing hours due to sickness and emergencies and gives learners’ personal attention.

Our expert trainers help trainees to complete their courses and assignments on time through various media.

Trainers always maintain records for each trainee’s classwork, activities, and tests per day.

The Nine Training Center supports learners with digital devices and internet facilities.

The Nine Training Center continues to implement group works virtually.
