Program Summary
Many organizations think that a good performing employee, especially an experienced one, is automatically capable of supervising once promoted, particularly if they were only required to monitor or mobilize a team, while the supervising position essentially depends on four points, which are:
(1) mastering duties, and
(2) desire in and capability of leadership, and
(3) adopting the policy of the higher management of the organization, and
(4) steering the production process.
Any supervisor would need these points to succeed in his/her work, for without mastering their duties, they wouldn’t be an example to follow, and without the ability to lead others, they wouldn’t be able to mobilize their team members towards achieving their goals and targets, and without adopting the policy of the higher management, the employees would not be committed to it and problems may arise within the team, and without the ability to steer the production process the organization would not succeed in meeting their commitments to their clients or disorder may be caused at work. In this training program we explore these four points in Ten chapters, covering all what the productive supervisor needs from skills, knowledge and work attitude.
