She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Double Bachelor’s Degree in Education and Social Sciences and a CELTA  from the University of Cambridge, UK. Mrs. Gopika has exceptional leadership skills with a record of building and maintaining high performing, productive teams with a strong emphasis on safe and reliable operations & business development. Over the years, she has diligently specialized in designing, customizing and delivering valuable training solutions for organizations across the region. Her notable career includes experience as the former Head of Training & Development for Bahrain Airport Services (BAS) and Former Project Manager ( People & Change Advisory) KPMG Fakhro , Bahrain. She has also notably worked for the Ministry of Education, Kingdom of Bahrain, for over a decade, and served on the International Relations Board of Directors for Bahrain Society for Training & Development. Through the years, Mrs. Gopika has organized more than 20 high quality seminars with International Speakers and highly esteemed guests.
